We are one of only 9 designated penile cancer centres in England, and one of 13 across the UK. The Christie penile cancer service serves a population of around 9 million people across Cheshire, Mersey, Lancashire, Greater Manchester, the Pennines, South Cumbria, and North Wales. We receive around 150 to 200 referrals each year. We also provide a national second-opinion service.
Our expert multidisciplinary team brings together surgeons, oncologists, nurses, psychologists, and reconstructive specialists to deliver coordinated, personalised care that focuses not only on cure, but also on quality of life.
